Bradley J. Kaffar, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Special Education at St. Cloud State University. He has more than 16 years of teaching experience in both special education and general education settings. Bradley has been using SIM to improve instruction and increase achievement since 2000. He earned his doctoral degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Bradley’s research interests include teacher effectiveness and strategies to promote student success.   He is the co-author of Multiplication with Regrouping Partial Products and Multiplication with Regrouping Standard Algorithm in the Strategic Math Series.
